I hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting and have had a successful 25-year career at Domino’s Pizza. I have gained knowledge and experience in various roles, starting with entry-level tasks and progressing to overseeing all customer experiences as general manager, which I have held for sixteen years.

With my many years of experience in management and customer service, I was able to successfully increase annual sales at my local Domino’s store for multiple consecutive years. I accomplished this by treating every customer with the patience and respect they deserve. While also matching their specific interests with the quality products they expect, as well as up-selling related products to increase customer value and satisfaction.

There have been many instances when customers have driven across town, ignoring a closer Domino’s Pizza, to have their orders taken and made by me personally. As a highly motivated individual, I have reached the pinnacle of my current role and am now ready to dedicate my knowledge and time to a position with a new company that will allow me grow my skill set even more.

Experience

General Manager

Domino's Pizza
    Customer Focus

As a general manager, I’m used to prioritizing customer satisfaction. This skill will directly translate to a customer service position that requires me to “wow” customers every day.

    Problem Solving

I’ve dealt with all sorts of issues at Domino's, from resolving order mistakes to correcting delivery hiccups, as well as employee scheduling and training. Identifying and resolving these problems translates to troubleshooting customer issues and finding solutions.

    Communication

Coordinating staff, handling customer complaints, and ensuring clear communication are all part of my role as general manager at Domino's. These communication skills are crucial for success in customer service.

    Efficiency and Multitasking

Domino's is a fast-paced environment, requiring me to juggle tasks and manage time effectively. This translates well to customer service, where I might be dealing with multiple inquiries simultaneously.

    Attention to Detail

I am responsible for reconciling daily cash drawers to ensure all transactions are accounted for. As well as identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial records. This includes customer payments via cash and credit cards and payments to vendors. Accurate financial transactions require meticulous attention to detail, which is also crucial in customer service when dealing with accounts, billing, or resolving issues.

    Maintaining Confidentiality

I am responsible for managing the store’s budget. This includes tracking prepaid expenses, reviewing and approving vendor invoices, and tracking the store's unexpected expenses. I have successfully maintained the confidentiality of all my store’s business processes and information.
